Software Engineer
Jan 2025 - Apr 2026- Built AI-powered business automation platforms across construction, legal/notary, and healthcare industries using Fastify, NestJS, Next.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Shipped RAG- and vector-search-based AI quote generation from voice/chat input, voice-based time tracking, and automated email-to-delivery-note parsing for a construction automation platform.
- Built an OpenAI vision pipeline extracting structured data from 38+ document types for a multi-tenant notary SaaS platform, with automated contract drafting and passwordless multi-party review.
- Delivered an AI-powered occupational therapy platform with OpenAI structured outputs, a confidence-based readiness classifier, and an async BullMQ + Puppeteer PDF pipeline automating therapist report generation.

I'm a full-stack and systems engineer in Addis Ababa, working with clients across multiple industries. I build across the stack — React and Next.js on the front, NestJS and Node.js behind it, with RAG pipelines and LLM integrations woven through.
My work tends to live where things get hard: multi-tenant SaaS architecture, AI document processing, and passwordless authentication systems — reliable async pipelines, role-based access, and the pieces that need to hold up in production, not just the happy path.
I move between languages and layers without much friction, and I ship end to end — from the first schema to the metrics that tell me it's holding up.
